Pam was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2013 and once she had gotten over the initial shock, made some lifestyle changes to adapt to her condition. She has taken a holistic approach to her treatment and alongside conventional medicine, she taps into her spiritual side through meditation and prayer. Pam also practices yoga, takes alternative medications and supplements, and exercises regularly.

Pam follows an organic diet and has cleared toxins from her home. She avoids stressful situations as much as possible and focuses on herself more, ensuring that she doesn’t overtire herself.
