My neurologist said I shouldn’t drink any tea or coffee with c/l???

I’ve tried Miralax- gas, bloating and cramping. I used it every day for 2 weeks. Stool was almost so soft that I felt like I wasn’t emptying my bowels.

I tried psyllium capsules-gas bloating, pressure.

I get so uncomfortable on the right side of my abdomen that the pressure causes cramping of my quadriceps, calf, foot. I massage many times during the day  .Had a ct scan- all organs clear except my large intestines which were full of stool.Daily discomfort and interrupted sleep every 2hrs.usually 1 BM per day sometimes every 2days. I’ve also tried gas x with some success. When I am able to move my biles or pass gas the cramping in my leg usually resolved.

Magnesium citrate 300mg is helpful also.

Anyone else been told no coffee or tea? I was also told to drink 64 oz.  Of water every day. Straight water. Be aware of DEHYDRATION.

You tube Parkinson’s exercises, and webinars,

  • I definitely think that there is a direct link between the two. Johnathan  Otto  did a series of webinars on gut health and autoimmune diseases.  Not sure if they are still available. Excellent explanation  of the connection. I just had a stool analysis done to check for colitis, parasites and bacteria. I guess you could ask your doctor. It took me since last July to convince my PCP to order the test.  High dose b1 therapy  may help  as well as prevent and probiotics. A good book to read is Parkinson’s and B1 therapy. Available on Amazon. Good luck

No  too much information about the dangers of the vaccine. Under reported side effects and  deaths from the vaccine. 2 people I know died and several injured from the vaccine  .

What Parkinson medication are you taking? How much and how often? I’m taking CL once every 8 hours. I’m finding about two and a half hours after taking the medication my Tremor seems to get worse I get a little bit of lip quivering sometimes shoulder shrug, and sometimes gate is a little affected. That can occur in various degrees of frequency and intensity. Doesn’t happen all the time. I’m taking the instant release form. Some days I have very little tremors I’m not sure whether I need to take that last dose and an 8-hour interval or if I should take it more frequently during the day and not at night. What’s your experience? Thanks for help
