Yes. I urinate more frequently during the day and overnight. I measured my overnight outputs and it’s consistently 40 oz. I don’t consume more than about 8 oz. of liquid after 6pm.

Hi. Garlic, onions, shallots, red peppers, green peppers, salads, salmon, chicken breasts, broccoli, cottage cheese, yogurt, coffee, tuna fish, rice.
Quality foods for anyone’s life but essential for PD. My craving is ice cream. I indulge in that area. -
it’s given me the Musical Chairs game in my senior years. Unlike playing the game as a child, Parkinson’s takes over your body and you’re the one left standing. Movement cannot be guaranteed 24/7 so either I pop more meds or have a wheelchair near me. There’s no warning. I’m a Nicad battery-my body STOPS without warning. It’s a real challenge to go out to a store and feel confident I can make it out of the store.

Absolutely! Walked-fast walked, constantly on the go. I never sat. It’s important to not forget I am not my disease. I’m restarting my exercise on the treadmill and indoor bike.

I’ve been taking 25/100 (LC) every four hours. I add 1 Azilect and a Synthroid tab to my PD meds. I was diagnosed in 2008 and sometimes the PD meds give me Dyskinesias in my mouth. I believe I’m over medicating when that happens.

Yes-excellent question. I have balance sticks as well as an UP-Walker near me, always. It’s especially imperative when the meds are close to wearing off. It’s a good idea to remove clutter and have a clear pathway.
