Steven Yellen

Diagnosed with Parkinson’s in his mid-50s, Steven turned to data, research, and personal experimentation to understand and manage the disease. He made fitness central to his life, training daily, competing in triathlons and obstacle course races, and even racing up the Empire State Building. Beyond personal health and wellness, Steve, who lives in Connecticut, is involved in Parkinson’s advocacy and research, and his book, “Living Parkinson's” and its companion book provide the strategies and real-life stories that have helped Steve and others live fully with Parkinson’s.
