I still exercise every day, no matter what. A day with me exercising even a little bit is better than a day without it. I mean, no matter what.
I still teach classes three times a week online. Those people are there three times a week, and they motivate me to keep going. They’re depending on me to be there, so that definitely helps.
Writing has done a lot for me. I don’t give up things I want to do — I just modify them. I can still hike, but I can’t hike up a mountain. I can hike on a trail. Don’t give up the things you want to do — just modify them.
Some things I never got to do that I wanted to do, but oh well, there’s more out there. I’ll find it.
