Well, anxiety is a hard thing to control. It’s like FDR said in his famous speech. Pearl Harbor, he said, “You have nothing to fear but fear itself.” And it’s fear that gets us.
So there are things like cognitive behavior therapy, drugs, and things you use to control your anxiety.
Other thing is to speak to your spouse. Your caregiver. And let them know how you’re feeling. Because if some people don’t know how you’re feeling, they can’t be empathetic.
