Hello, a year ago, I assumed my frequent constipation was just a symptom of greasy food. I charted my diet to a doctor’s advice and avoided dairy products because they negatively affected my digestion and cognitive function. Also, I gradually increased the level of water retention and noticed some improvement, though not complete recovery. I used Colace Plus for quick relief, which worked wonders for me. Hope these methods work wonders for you too.

I know a person who lost his confidence after the diagnosis worsened his mental condition; he showed rage behaviours and tried to keep a distance from everyone. That hurts people around him; everyone tries to console him, but his situation becomes worse day after day, and at the same, the wired symptoms also hurt him. We failed to support him and bring back his confidence; at last, we got him back to his everyday life through behaviour therapy was working, and only through talk sections did the behaviour therapist bring back his confidence, and now he is digested with the truth.

Hi, Mary Beth, I’m still wearing a mask when I go outside; I don’t know why? This is not all about fear of pandemic; I think this has become a part of my life. I got to feel that wearing a mask is boosting my confidence, and one of you gets such a feeling at first that wearing a mask is irritating, but now I don’t have the confidence to without this. I think now that wearing a mask has become a habit for me and if any one of you has a feeling like this; please share

@Michelle France, I’m so sad to hear this. I appreciate your willpower; you are rising like a phoenix from your sorrows. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea three years ago. I remember how much it affected me. Using a CPAP machine brought back my confidence. Here you are suffering a lot. One of my cousins, paralyzed after an accident and diagnosed with the same symptoms and multiple illnesses, found relief through physiotherapy. So try this. I think it is challenging and painful in the beginning. However, there may be chances of a positive result. I hope for the best for you.
