I am using Signature Design recliner due to ankylosing Spondylitis, a form of severe Arthritis -cartilage of the spine (mainly) turned to calcified bone.
I read the complete details here then At first I was sleeping on the chair half-reclined, but as time goes by, I reclined it all the way back, which is almost 170 degrees, almost flat. The full-recline option is great because it trains my chest making it ready to finally return to the normal flatbed.

I was watching the Kai Greene Leg workout video and saw an exercise where he is using the Leg Extension machine by using one side of it by heels. Gonna try it now

So due to changes in my domestic situation and a return to work the only way I’ll be able to train is on a treadmill or trainer in the morning before work. I know the trainer is no big deal but is it the same for the treadmill? Can anyone have effective speed workouts when the machine is keeping your pace instead of you? Aside from the boredom what are the issues? I am reading few information here and I know to keep the grade at 1 or higher…and the treadmill I am buying is the Nordictrack 1750…I can run any google maps course in the world and so I can do hills etc…

I used Medline Standard Folding Walker the 8-inch-wide wheels roll smoothly over all kinds of surfaces and do not hang up at bumps in paving. There are many options on amazon but this one is a big improvement over my previous walker.

It is very stable, sturdy, and easy to assemble. It already comes mostly assembled. You only have to place handles into slots. then attach them with a screw, rubber washer, and knob to the height you want. You may need pliers for tightening. Brake cables are attached.
