    I am using Signature Design recliner due to ankylosing Spondylitis, a form of severe Arthritis -cartilage of the spine (mainly) turned to calcified bone.

    I was watching the Kai Greene Leg workout video and saw an exercise where he is using the Leg Extension machine by using one side of it by heels. Gonna try it now

    So due to changes in my domestic situation and a return to work the only way I’ll be able to train is on a treadmill or trainer in the morning before work. I know the trainer is no big deal but is it the same for the treadmill? Can anyone have effective speed workouts when the machine is keeping your pace instead of you?     I used Medline Standard Folding Walker the 8-inch-wide wheels roll smoothly over all kinds of surfaces and do not hang up at bumps in paving. There are many options on amazon but this one is a big improvement over my previous walker.
