I have found Kizik hands free shoes really do work.

I agree about Kizik shoes.  Sketchers also has some that are also hands free.

I was recently gifted a shoe horn and it has been a game-changer! Simple, analog ‘tech’ that works wonders!

The parallel bars that are “L” shaped. The long legs go between your mattresses and the short legs joined together are the handle that not only help a person get in, stay in, or get out of bed, I’ll lean against mine to add stability when dressing, and they can also prevent falls if you are near by when unsteadiness occurs. Happy Holidays!
