How have your habits changed since last March?
You’ve probably seen a meme floating around the Internet reminding us that this time last year, we were in our last “normal” week and we had no idea what was coming. A LOT has changed in the last 365 days. For me, that includes a lot of my habits. From washing my hands more frequently and never leaving home without a mask, to adding vitamin D and magnesium supplements into my daily diet, living through a pandemic has certainly changed how I live.
What about you? What do you do differently now than a year ago? Do you think you will maintain these new habits after the pandemic has ended, or do you think you’ll stick with them for the long haul?
