My mom is a constant friend, supporter, and caregiver to my dad (who has Parkinson’s). She’s always looking for ways to boost his health and support him as the disease changes. And I think she’s easily his greatest cheerleader (although he has a lot of fans on the sidelines).

Who is your biggest cheerleader? And what do they do to help you?

That’s an easy one my beautiful, amazing husband and two exceptional daughters. I have been truly blessed with my amazing family. I have tried to tell them all to dump and run, as this is to much and the burden that I will most likely become, but they refuse everytime and tell me to be quiet as they are going nowhere.

My husband and my fellow PD warriors, especially the boxers I teach in my rock steady classes!

My Wife Gwen is the best caregiver I could have.

    The cheerleaders are:
    My Daugther’s Kelli & Keri
    My Sister Jeri

    Without them I’d be in sh*t Shape…

Each takes a turn at doing whatever is needed to help me have the best life possible.

    I’m truly THANKFUL to them…
