    I have been taking Taurine an amino acid once a day after reading research about helping PD through its impact on GABA in the brain

    Definitely improves my concentration into the afternoon

    Anyone else tried it?

    I take a little less than a teaspoon at night in some water before I turn in. I wasn’t aware of it helping with PD … My primary said it would help with sleep, which has been difficult at times. Where did you hear about the relationship to PD? Gotta link?
