Have you considered exploring teletherapy?
When Covid-19 struck the planet, I was forced to begin tele-therapy instead of receiving in-person sessions on a weekly basis. At first, I worried that the transition would take away from the integrity of our sessions. But after a few weeks, I started to appreciate the convenience. And I didn’t feel as though I’d lost the ability to receive appropriate treatment. Have you considered exploring -? Why or why not?
