While there will be as many different theories as there are people with PD, an observation;

On low energy days I push to keep my regular routine; I find the more active I am, (within reason), the better I feel. While everyone will have different degrees and different lifestyles, walking up and down steps and keeping up my archery is both mentally and physically helpful in my situation

Your future is never uncontrollable; you are always in control.
You may never know the reason why but acceptance is half the battle
Your attitude is your greatest medicine…..

Well I thought I might have had a different ailment, then I was diagnosed …
Took about 10 seconds to accept the fact
Oh well;
I have Parkinsons;
Now what?;
Acceptance is half the cure;
Take your medicine, do your exercises, NEVER give up on life;
Besides, maybe I can be a role model for someone else who is suffering…..

I started getting PD symptoms 3 years ago but tried everything until a neurologist confirmed I had PD this year.
Theories as to why?
I think it from being alive

While I do not have hobbies as such I enjoy archery. Recently diagnosed with Parkingsons, I found that a sport for me keeps me focused and sane! While there is deterioration I refuse to give in; so more weight exercises so I can continue archery.
