    The new year is here, and at this time of year, many people sit down with pen and paper and write out goals or resolutions for the coming 12 months.

    What about you? Do you have any goals for 2025? Are any of them health or Parkinson’s related?

    Reduce stressful commitments, increase fun and joyful activities such as watercolor and acrylic painting classes and creative writing classes at local community college

    This year I will abide by the program recommended by Laurie Mischley ND much more closely, with the hope of slowing my Parkinson’s progression. It involves adherence to recommended foods, exercises, supplements and socializing. Her rationale is unique, using a holistic approach. I have traditionally trained physicians as well.
