    I’ve heard about people using dance as a way to combat PD. It’s known to release endorphins. You can have alot of fun doing it. And it’s terrific exercise. I suspect that adding this type of an activity to your lifestyle could help with freezing and balancing. And I wonder if any of you have tried it?

    Do you dance? If so, what’s your favorite kind of dance? How often do you do it? And has it impacted any of your PD symptoms?

    I’m a slow learner in dancing – but I get it eventually.  I always felt like my brain had to work hard and that it was really good for me.  Would like to go back, but covid…
