“Parky”, I hate it. Wouldn’t even call my worst enemy “parky”. It is PARKINSON’s disease.

“Parky” seems to make it something friendly, a nice episode in life. Well…it isn’t. If you didn’t find out yet, you will in the coming years. You can’t run (anymore), you can’t hide.

Same way some people are said to have “C” instead of CANCER, doesn’t make it go away.

Accept what you have and deal with it. One day at a time. Enjoy today’s happy moments. Do not expect anything tomorrow and you might even be surprised!!

    Take care!

    Hi Ron,

Talk to your neurologist or ask for a second opinion, if you’re not happy with the first.
To my experience (some 5 years now) worrying about this, would increase my symptoms for sure.
So, get your answers, take the C/L, exercise and enjoy what you still can do!

    I wish you well.

Ally, I recommend Blacklist on Netflix. 7 seasons and the 8th just started.

on a weekly basis we’re watching Rings of Power on Amazon. Love it,

Yes I do, almost on a regular basis. My body is like a clock, indicating On and Off periods.
Depending on my activities during the day I take more L/D, never less.
A good workout, like swimming, or walking 20 – 30 km, needs more Dopamine than binge watching. That’s obvious. AND for an hour’s walk I need more Dopamine too. AND don’t forget there are good days and bad days.
