Short Bio |
I had high hopes of aging gracefully, as my father (WWII Veteran) did not retire from work until he was 83. It was just about the time I turned 70 that I began to notice a partial paralysis of my left hand. I was recovering from a torn rotator cuff, but now in retrospect I realize there were other tell-tale symptoms. I exercise 3 times a day, and currently have chosen to go unmedicated. Most of my adult life I was a full-time mom enjoying every moment with 3 children and now 5 active grandchildren. I taught high school Sunday school, served on a school board, and volunteered on the board of directors of a para-church organization.
