My Neuro doctor prescribed Clonazapam at 3(.5mg pills) at bedtime. The Clonazepam takes care of lurid dreams. That said, my Neuro Doc has me down from 3 (.5mg pills) to 2 (.5mg pills). Last night was a lurid frightening dream.

I think I will wait on taking any actions until possible future dreams kick in. I’ll report this to my Neuro doc, and I have full confidence in her knowledge and willingness to trust what I tell her.

BTW, I was already taking Melatonin for the getting asleep component. I take 15mg of Melatonin at bed time.

I was diagnosed with PD in 2012. Somewhere around 2015, I started having lurid dreams, and notified my Neuro doctor about it.

Since then, I have taken 13-15 mg of melatonin and 3 (0.5mg Clonazepam pills) 30 minutes ahead of going to sleep. My addition to this prescription is to have a fine sipping scotch with the other components.

Yes, they tell you not to add alcohol, but it’s generally the only drink I have all day, and it seems to extend the benefits of the rest of the prescription!

See what you think – it’s easy enough to out the Scotch if doesn’t help any!

I have been seeing a Therapist for maybe 4-6 months, dealing with anxiety and depression issues.  These were in-person meetings, sometimes with my wife coming as well.  My wife could share a different view of events and how they made me feed, etc.

When in-person meetings ended, we switched to remote therapy, with a good webcam and excellent bandwidth.  These are important because a jumpy, low-rez picture on the screen would make it difficult to open up as easily as when I’m with my Therapist.

My weekly sessions are just as valuable online as they are in personm
