      COVID-19 has closed down many gyms and physiotherapy clinics — at least temporarily. Where I live, in Canada, things are slowly beginning to open back up, but due to the fact that I live in a COVID-19 “hot spot” I won’t be rushing to get back into the gym any time soon.

      I don’t enjoy my at-home workouts as much, but I’m finding my groove and at least maintaining some of the progress I made before the pandemic began. If nothing else, I’m exercising my healthy habit muscle.

      What about  you? Are you exercising at home? Do you like it? If you do, what are some of your favourite workouts?

      Hi… Portugal here!

      I try to do an one hour walk every day (±6km) … when i’m in the mood i run 8km… missing my gym though.

      Hi from London…

      Everyday: one hour home fitness/pilates + one hour yin yoga + one hour walk to my favourite Wimbledon Park…

      Cant wait fo the gyms to re-open (and the hairdressers!)
