    Do you ever struggle to stay positive because of the challenges of living with Parkinson’s Disease? Sometimes all we need is a good rest to correct our perspective. Sometimes we need a good nap so we can awake with fresh eyes and a renewed spirit.

    What is your favourite way to rest and recharge? How often do you find you need to rest? Does anything get in the way of resting regularly?

    My favorite way to recharge/rest is to go to a sunlit room in my house and mediate for about 20 minutes to a Deepak Chopra/Oprah meditation session on their CD, Perfect Health.  My fatigue cannot be alleviated by any amount of sleep. 🙁
