What’s something you wish more people understood about living with Parkinson’s?

I have to realize that I can’t expect anyone to fully understand because they don’t live in my mind or body. Does it get frustrating? Yes, but we must continue to try and live our lives the best we can and go as hard as we can. I have learned that I now have limitations I never had before. If I try and push myself too hard I run smack into the “Parkinsons’s wall”. It can take days to recover from.
