I have found that SKECHERS “SLIP IN” walking shoes are most comfortable to me. They feel much better and facilitate my walking. I have Parkinsons with a slow gait.

I wear Lems. They have a wide toe box, which allows your toes to splay out naturally, providing better balance / more proper body alignment. Most shoes crowd the toes unnaturally, which leads to a higher likelihood of falls / injuries. Here is an excellent website devoted to footwear for proper foot health (covers Lems, and a lot of other brands): https://anyasreviews.com/

I swear by Hokas! A friend recommended them, and now I won’t wear anything else. They really solved a lot of foot and leg problems once I started wearing them.

On Cloud is the name of the shoes that help me best with my balance.
