• The second wave

In Ontario, Canada, where I live, the number of COVID-19 cases has been spiking again. Yesterday the provincial government reported an all-time high of 700 cases — yikes. Many of us are fearing another shut down and the cold and flu season hasn’t even truly begun yet.

What’s the status in your community? Has the number of COVID-19 cases increased, decreased or remained stable? Why do you think that is? Are you worried about a second wave shut down? How are you mentally and physically preparing for potentially having to spend more time isolated and indoors this fall/winter?
