Speed bag observation
I take Rock Steady Boxing for PD classes and one of the stations we train on is speed bag. I loved it so much, I bought one for myself and do it about 10 minutes/day. I have been doing this for a few months and I see a huge improvement in my stamina and speed. I went on vacation for a week (no speed bag) and I saw a noticeable difference in the speed of my left hand when I returned. It really slowed down just by not practicing speed bag for a week. I believe this is a testament to the impact exercise has on PD symptoms.
