Mental health check-in
It’s no suprise that 2020 is still knocking many of us off of our feet. Just when it feels like we’re gaining some traction, new challenges arise. I wanted to check in to see how everyone is doing? What is keeping your spirits up during these strange times? If there’s one thing you could change about your current situation, what might it be?
I’ve, personally, been spending as much time outside as I can. Sometimes that means I’m just sitting on the porch. Other times I’ll go for a walk. And setting up Zoom chats with loved-ones seems to help.
