    Yes, every morning when I wake up, I wonder what, if anything I am losing to the PD thief.   One of the things that has helped me to not spiral downwards is to focus on being in the moment and not worrying about what COULD happen to me.  However, some days are easier than others to do this.

    Thanks for sharing, Jean. What does focusing on the present moment look like for you? Do you practice mindfulness? I would love some tips to help me do the same!

      Ally, I try to mediate (Deepak Chopra and Oprah periodically offer free 21 day meditation challenges which I find helpful)  There is one starting 10/29.  https://chopracentermeditation.com/experience
