How has your social circle changed since a Parkinson’s diagnosis?
One thing I’ve noticed since my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2013 is that his social circle seems to have gotten smaller. And I think that this shift is intentional. He spends a lot of time alone or with his immediate family. It’s hard for him to get out into the world for big events.
How has your social circle changed since the diagnosis? Did you want it to change?
