Have you been able to find the balance between making extreme health choices and prioritizing quality of life?
There was a time when my mom and dad worked together to make extreme food choices to combat Parkinson’s. While Dad admitted they made him feel better, he never could quite kick his sweet tooth. I think that quality of life is an extremely important factor in the management of a disease – even if it means you eat a cookie every once in a while.
