    To ensure your Parkinson’s medication like Sinemet or Levodopa (also L-Dopa) are effective, it’s important to take them regularly and on time. Do you use an app (like the MyTherapy app) to help you keep track of your medications and/or track your symptoms?

    No, I do not use an app, but I may consider it as I am always forgetting to take my meds on time…

    I use an app named “Due” for iPhone/iPad. I like it because it’s relentless with reminder notifications that are hard to miss/ignore. I am not affiliated with the creators of the app in any way. I’ve used it for years and find it incredibly useful for any really important reminders.

      hi mike, thanks for sharing.  i will look into it.   it seems like there is an app for everything LOL
