Do you have a Parkinson’s self-management tool kit? If so, what is in it?
A few months ago, Dr. C wrote a column about self-management and building a Parkinson’s tool kit to stay empowered. He wrote that some of the most important tools he has includes exercise and stretching, repeating the CHRONDI creed (Compassion, Happiness, Rehabilitation, Others, Nature Death, and Individuality), and supportive partnership.
Building a tool kit seems like a great way to approach struggles that we experience on a day-to-day basis. And I’d love to hear about some of your strategies.
