      So far I’m sticking to them, weight loss and exercising. Motivation is always a problem but I’m always glad when I get out and exercise.

        Thanks for sharing, Marcus. Some days it’s hard to find the drive to do the things we know we need to do. Have you read Atomic Habits? In it the author talks about setting up small cues to help make following through on our goals a little easier (.e., habitual!). Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re interested in learning more about habit stacking for success.
