  How do you get over being blind-sided?

  This doesn’t have anything to do with Parkinson’s disease, but I was totally blind-sided by some difficult news today. Does anyone have any advice for getting through that experience? When was the last time you were blind-sided by something (was it your diagnosis?) and how did you get through it?
