Stev replied to the topic What's the most challenging part about the holidays? in the forum Diagnosis Information and General Questions 7 months, 3 weeks ago

The most challenging part of holidays is the big groups of people make it nearly impossible to be join in the conversation. Or at loud restaurants the wait staff are generally so gracious and wanting to get the order correct it is nearly impossible to communicate. The masking with Covid does not help with communication issues ether.

Stev replied to the topic How do you manage low-energy days? in the forum Diagnosis Information and General Questions 7 months, 3 weeks ago

I have found nicotine to be an amazing help in concentration and energy both. But never through smoking. Nicotine in the form of gum or lozenges.. I recommend “Lucy Gum” or lozenges. I have also found that methylene blue is excellent for increased energy. The only real downside is a Smurf tongue. But if you are masking for Covid NBD.
