I am 63, retired from a stressful IT job. Diagnosed with Young PD in June 2012. Taking only standard western medications since day one. Past 3 years after adding 1 hour of PD specific excercises and Yoga in my daily routine, I experience more and longer span of physical flexibility and strength to carry out normal activities. I regularly explore internet looking for current R&D in the PD domain. I also examine alternative therapies, tools and keep trying which I think are safe, relevant and affordable to me.
