    We’ve tried Bari’s suggestion of assisted stretching and find it useful to get started in the morning. Our local physio was wary of over-stretching, in fact not overly keen, but it seems to help if done carefully.     How do you deal with Jen’s pains in the thighs, which have just started. Our consultant has always asked about this, but the answer has been negative. We’ve tried Deep Relief and Ibuprofen Gel and Paracetamol, separately, which seem to help, but any suggestions would be welcome.

    Anyone unfortunate enough to starting with PD now won’t have the excruciating difficulties we had when Jen was diagnosed last November, no GP or PD nurse availability or guidance under the  lockdowns.
