Living Well with Parkinson’s
Seven years ago, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Since then, I’ve made a deliberate effort to live my best life by focusing on the things I can control — exercise, wellness, education, research participation and staying engaged rather than passive. Along the way, I began documenting what helped me most, what didn’t and how I structured my approach.
Recently, I gathered those lessons into a book called Living Parkinson’s. It’s not medical advice, but a practical framework based on lived experience and informed by research. My hope is that sharing what has helped me might encourage someone else on their journey. A portion of proceeds from the book will be donated to Parkinson’s research and support organizations.
