    Heart rate monitor to show sleep disturbances

    Since I suffer from extreme fatigue, aside from getting a sleep apnea test, I bought a Polar A370 heart monitor.  If I wear it to bed, it can report sleep disturbances. I know this is not the best way to figure out if I have sleep issues.

    Has anyone tried wearing a HR monitor to bed?  If so, which one?  Did you find it gave use useful information about your sleep patterns?
