Have you fallen? What do you do to prevent falls?
I recently had a face plant fall on concrete. I am okay, but was bruised and chipped a tooth. I am not sure if it was because I wasnt paying attention and dragging my left foot or if I lost my balance. Just this past week, I was putting some towels on a higher shelf and I lost my balance and fell backwards but thankfully there was a wall behind me that prevented me from hitting the floor.
Have you fallen? Was it more than your ego that was hurt :-)? What do you do to help prevent yourself from falling?
