    Physical therapist Mike Studer syas that people with Parkinson’s often feel frustrated because they feel they’re not progressing in physical therapy, but when they chart their progress, they can see how far they’ve actually come over a period of time, which encourages them to continue.

    Looking back a month, six months, a year or more helps patients with PD see that they have in fact progressed and that they’re getting stronger. Click here to watch Studer explain why this is important in a video.
