I find I usually have bad PD days when it is extremely hot or extremely cold.  Do temperature extremes (hot or cold) worsen your symptoms?

Yes cold makes my tremors worse! And the heat seems to make me fatigued.

Exactly the same for me Marcus.  I dont have tremors normally, but extreme cold makes me shiver uncontrollably and very hot humid days really exhaust me.

Weather doesn’t get very extreme near Barcelona, but it’s uncomfortably hot in July and August. So I stay indoors with the AC on during the day. But no, the weather doesn’t seem to affect my PD.

I always seem to be complaining about the summer heat and humidity, if not that, the ice cold temperatures in the winter.  go figure…
