      I’m curious about how caregivers practice self-care. Many of us have heard the adage, you can’t fill another’s cup if your own is empty, and this definitely applies to care giving. How do you sense when you’re starting to feel burnt out? What steps do you take to help refresh and restore yourself? What kind of help do you need as someone who cares for others?
