  Caregivers, how do you maintain your independence?

  Recently, Jamie Askari wrote about how challenging it can be to maintain one’s independence when caring for someone with Parkinson’s.

  Do you feel like you’ve lost your independence because of your role as a caregiver? If not, how have you managed to maintain some degree of independence?
