  Caregivers: Do you ever take trips without your person with Parkinson’s?

  My mom recently took a trip to New York City. She’s my dad’s main caregiver and doesn’t usually feel comfortable leaving him on his own. But she managed to get him support for the weekend and had a great trip. 

  Do you ever take trips without your person with Parkinson’s? If so, what do you do to eliminate the stress of leaving them behind?
