Hello Russ! I just started Niacin last week (250 mg Time Released) and started the Butyrate that you recommended yesterday.
How are you doing? Is it still working for you?
Do you take any other supplements?

My understanding is that taking butyrate orally is ineffective because it does not reach the colon. The studies that I’ve read say that providing appropriate prebiotics allows butyrogenic bacteria to produce butyrate in the colon. Has anyone seen studies to the contrary?
