I often think about ways we might be able to make life a little easier for my Dad (diagnosed in 2013). As his PD symptoms wax and wane in intensity, he finds some activities to be particularly challenging. But I wonder if there are ways he can approach PD differently as his body changes.

Have you found strategies that help you to navigate PD symptoms more easily? Are there products that make meals easier to handle? What adjustments can we make to reduce or eliminate the stresses associated with PD?

All the time my teenage kids spend squabbling and tussling with each other and their mother would be helpful if that were not the case I’m my house.
