Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope that if you are celebrating today that it has a been a happy day. I know the holidays aren’t happy for everyone, so if today has been difficult, please know that I’m thinking about you and sending you lots of love, wherever you may be.
I would love to know more about you. What are your Christmas traditions? Mine include going to the movies with my brother before church on Christmas Eve and taking my dog for lots of walks on Christmas Day.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all… I did a 1.5 mile walk, a speed bag workout and balance exercises this morning. Then I had Christmas breakfast with my buddy Budgie Bunny. I have a photo, but cant figure out how to post it.
