For over 35 years, before my PD diagnosis, I always worked out  (dance, cycling, weight training, race walking) and always was able to push myself beyond my limits.  Now, with PD, I can still somehow push (not at the intensity I used to be able to do) with great effort.  My biggest PD symptom is crippling fatigue, so, I often wonder if I should just back off and chill if I am having a bad PD day energy and fatigue wise.

Is this an issue you have dealt with and if so, do you find it better to keep pushing or just back off and rest?
