Biography

In 2016, my HWP started having cognitive and executive function problems. They 1st thought he had FTD. Then in fall of 2019, he developed major sleep disorder. Diagnosed with Parjibs in June of 2021. He is only 59 now. He hasn’t responded favorably to Sinemet and other PD meds. In fact, his symptoms have gotten much worse. Now some of his toes are curling under which makes it hard to walk as regularly as he would like. He is in severe pain 24/7 due yo very tight muscles. He also has hand tremor and everything takes him much longer to do. He is getting discouraged as am I. He has one of the Parkinsonisms but they aren’t sure which one. He gets his disability benefits soon so that is good. Looking forward to being in the zoom mtgs.
